Ed Mayhew is the author of several books, including Fitter for Life: The Secrets of 25 Masters of Fitness -- Fitter After 50: Forever Changing Our Beliefs About Aging. He has been featured on radio and TV shows all across the country and gives talks on subjects, such as How To Slow the Aging Process. When not writing and speaking, Ed enjoys running in road races. In his early sixties, Ed's running times for 5Ks and 10Ks are better than they were years and decades earlier. He's living proof that we can slow and reverse aging.
