Wow, I didn't even know people could live to that age. I wonder what kind of multivitamins he takes. I can't really afford to spend a lot of time thinking about what I eat, so maybe a good multivitamin could give some sort of balance.

The Expert In Growing Younger Naturally

Larry was taking a number of food supplements before they put him in the assisted-living facility. Now he just gets a basic multivitamin. His real secret was his biking. What would probably serve you better if you're not going to eat right would be to supplement your diet with a whole-food supplement such as Juice Plus. I like Red Lightning myself -- it has 30 whole foods (Pomegranate, Acai, Cranberry, Red Raspberry ...) ground up into a powder which you can add to water or a juice for a tasty nutritional-drink (nutritional insurance if you will). There are 110, 112 even 115-year-olds -- some thriving, others just barely surviving.
